The New Smyrna Beach Area VB is happy to assist you in any way possible with your next meeting or event. With extensive knowledge of the area, our staff will assist you with all of your meeting details from beginning to end to ensure it is a success. We will contact lodging properties to secure accommodations for your group, send out sales leads and coordinate site inspections. Our staff can also provide itineraries containing a variety of entertainment options in the area for your group. Each event/meeting is unique, and we hope to match that uniqueness through our area's venues, staff services, independently-owned restaurants, accommodations, and entertainment options.
If you are interested in hosting a meeting in our area, we will send out an RFP on your behalf. The NSB VB staff has a great relationship with area hotels and meeting venues, and this will greatly reduce the workload for you. If you are interested in sending out an RFP, please email Elizabeth Gifford at Elizabeth@visitnsbfla.com. We will send this out to our partners to secure you a meeting space and set up a room block for your event if you are planning on staying overnight.
The New Smyrna Beach Area VB would be happy to provide your attendees with visitor guides, area maps, and other area brochures matching your attendees' needs and interests. The visitor guide is a great asset to have as it contains lists of all area attractions, restaurants, historic sites, arts and culture, and general information about the area. If you would like for your attendees to receive a welcome bag, we will gladly put some together for you. The general rule is one bag per room night plus ten additional bags per group. These welcome bags will contain the collateral mentioned above, and may include a few souvenirs for your guests to take home.
