The Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach hotel offers two meeting rooms that can be arranged as classrooms, hollow squares, theaters, U-shapes or banquet style. The maximum room capacity is 100 people per room (reception style). The facility includes two 900 sq. ft. meeting rooms that can be arranged a variety of ways, the Breakfast room is 1200 sq. ft. and the Courtyard is 1800 sq. ft. For an additional charge, arrangements can be made for food and beverage, catering, and audio visual needs, such as an LCD projector, DVD player, microphone, or VCR player.
