Public Lot- Located off Riverside Drive

This public lot contains 200 free parking slots used by shopgoers and people conducting business with city and county offices. The Southeast Volusia (SEV) Chamber of Commerce back entrance can be accessed through this lot. There is a four-hour parking time limit. There are no amenities, and this lot is paved. Overnight parking is not permitted. There are three entrances to this lot. Riverside Drive south of Old Fort Park, Canal Street just west of the Chamber of Commerce, and Sams Avenue to the east if you are heading north of Canal Street.
