Esther Street Beachfront Park

Esther Street Beachfront Park is a hidden gem with an ocean view. One block north of Flagler Avenue on Atlantic Avenue, the park offers 45 spaces of off-beach parking. There is a $20 fee from 9AM - 5PM (seven days a week). Volusia County residents may get a FREE parking pass online with proof of residency through the City of New Smyrna Beach's website. If you are a non-resident, you may get a yearly pass for $100. All passes are distributed electronically. Amenities include a playground, beach access, dune walkover, pavilions, public restrooms, and a volleyball area. Overnight parking is not permitted.
