Flagler Avenue Beach Approach

Located on beachside at the Southeast end of Flagler Avenue. There is a $20 fee from 9AM - 5PM (seven days a week). Volusia County residents may get a FREE parking pass online with proof of residency through the City of New Smyrna Beach's website. If you are a non-resident, you may get a yearly pass for $100. All passes are distributed electronically. This parking lot is the most popular of all beachside parking lots, and the 110 spaces fill quickly on weekends and holidays. There are two entrances to this parking lot. Both are on Atlantic Avenue, one on the north end of the lot and the other on the south end of the lot. Amenities include a pavilion, a brick courtyard with new stainless-steel railing, restrooms and showers. This lot is not paved, and overnight parking is not permitted.
