Grayce Kenemer Barck North Beach Community Park

This park offers 24 parking spaces that are available for off-beach parking. There is direct ocean access via a wooden walkover from the parking areas. There is a $20 fee from 9AM - 5PM (seven days a week). Volusia County residents may get a FREE parking pass online with proof of residency through the City of New Smyrna Beach's website. If you are a non-resident, you may get a yearly pass for $100. All passes are distributed electronically. Amenities include two covered pavilions with picnic tables and walkways that wander throughout the natural beachfront property. Restrooms are onsite along with open-air showers. Overnight parking is not permitted.
