Parking lot off Magnolia and Downing Street

This lot is located to the east of Florida Hospital off Palmetto. You can access this lot of 100 free parking spaces from Magnolia Street. There's also an entrance off Downing. This lot is used for events being held on Canal Street and Riverside Park on mainland New Smyrna Beach.
