Our 14,000 sq. ft. physical therapy facility is conveniently located on SR 44 within the Winn Dixie plaza. Our experienced physical therapists specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, including geriatric/elder care, sports therapy, workers compensation and welcome patients of all ages, including our seasonal residents from the north. Our wellness center is the largest in New Smyrna Beach and offers a wide range of cardiovascular and strength training equipment. The facility also has a large aerobics room and offers yoga, Pilates, step classes, Silver Sneakers classes, Tai Chi, Spinning and other seasonal aerobic services. Numerous wellness membership packages are available for purchase. Open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
