Rock Steady Boxing NSB is an affiliate of the original RSB program. Founded in Indianapolis in 2006, the program uses a non-contact boxing regimen to help people with Parkinson's fight back against the disease. The Rock Steady Boxing NSB program consits of:

• Non-contact boxing
• Stretching, warm up, cool down
• Camaraderie & fun
• Male and female boxers of all ages, backgrounds and abilities
• NO boxing experience necessary
