Membership includes one free session with one of our trainers. This is to keep you safe and healthy by getting to know our equipment. We would love to help you reach your goals and objectives. We have state-of-the-art Nautilus fitness equipment, treadmills, exercise bikes and ellipticals. We have flat screen TVs, strength machines and free weights. Open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
