Hawks Park Recreation Complex

The Hawks Park Recreation Complex houses Edgewater’s Leisure Services office, the Southeast Volusia YMCA, and a city historical museum. Along with available sports fields, the complex also includes a conservation area, handicap-accessible outdoor nature trail, amphitheater and playground equipment. Recreation programs include youth baseball and softball, and youth soccer.

This is a 19,000 sq. ft. recreation complex with a heated pool operated by the YMCA, four lighted ball fields and three lighted soccer fields. The first category of baseball fields contains a 46 ft. pitching distance, 60 ft. base baths and a 200 ft. fence. The second category of baseball fields contains a 60’6” pitching distance, 90 ft. base baths and a 325 ft. fence. The multipurpose fields can be used for soccer and/or football.
