The kitchen is bright, modern and its large island made of reclaimed wood is its own piece of beach art in the heart of the house. The dining area seats up to 6 at the table with 2 bar stools at the island for extra seating. The living room is extremely comfortable with a brand-new sectional so everyone can kick back and enjoy a movie on one of the home's 3 smart TVs after a long day in the sun at our amazing beach. There is also a second living space in the Florida room with its own independent wall A/C unit, and queen size sofa sleeper where you and/or the kids can have space away to do your own thing. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a queen bed in the bright 2nd bedroom. A half bath and washer and dryer is located off the kitchen/dining for your convenience.
