Located on the ground floor of the beautiful Kiawah Bay complex, this attractive and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is the ideal spot for your family and your furry best friend. The condo will sleep four. There is a well-dressed king size bed in the master and another two twin size beds in the second bedroom. The dining table outside of the kitchen seats four, and the kitchen has all of the appliances to make meals while you're on vacation, or heat up leftovers that you bring home from some of the great area restaurants in New Smyrna. Extra amenities include a toaster, blender and mixer. The bath in the master bedroom suite includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. There's a combination tub/shower for the second bedroom.

This unit, that is pet friendly for one dog under 20 lbs, has free WiFi inside the condo, a full size washer and dryer inside the unit, and includes the use of the nice rectangular-shaped complex pool. At Kiawah Bay, there's also a nice boardwalk near the water and kayaks for rent for trips up and down the river. The Bay/Lagoon connects to the intracoastal waterway. This is a calm, quiet community that provides guests river access and the complex backs up to the lagoon with pier for the perfect fishing spot. As a guest here, you'll also have beach access to the gorgeous white sands of New Smyrna Beach. The complex is walking distance to the car-free beach.
