New Smyrna Suite

My husband and I personally own and manage three 2BD/2BA condos at Point East Oceanfront Resort, 3801 South Atlantic Ave., New Smyrna Beach on the preferred car-free beach.  Two are ocean view with south-facing balconies and one is oceanfront facing east.  Each condo has a king size pillow top bed, two full size pillow top beds, and queen sleeper sofa, cable TV in living room and both bedrooms, private WiFi throughout, plus a well stocked kitchen for family meals.  All three of my beautifully decorated vacation rentals are on the top third floor just a few doors apart.  I discount after Labor Day with a four night minimum so locals can enjoy our beach.  My rentals are family friendly with a closet full of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and other sports equipment.  My prices are always competitive, and we personally meet and greet our guests and handle all needs during their stay.  We live just 20 minutes away!  Hope to SEA you soon.
