The total living area is 1,601 square feet. Our large kitchen has white cabinetry, dark granite countertops, white appliances and a large open view to the living room. You can actually see the ocean from the kitchen, which definitely helps to make mealtime preparation a pleasure. In the living room, you'll find gorgeous furniture, plenty of seating, and plantation shutter style doors on the sliding glass doors to the patio. There are two three-seater leather couches as well as a separate leather chair with a footrest. From this room, enjoy easy access to the balcony where there are chairs and a table for dining or relaxing. The living room is also equipped with a 42 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player.
Our master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, private full bath, reading chair, access to the oversized balcony, and a large flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a beautifully dressed queen sized bed. You'll also find a small TV in this bedroom. The third bedroom also has a pretty comforter on the queen sized honey-oak wood frame bed, complete with matching bedside tables. Our condo has two bathrooms. The very spacious master bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate his and hers sinks and vanities, a beautifully tiled walk-in 1/2 glass shower, and even a jetted tub in the corner. The second bedroom bath has a shower/tub combination with hallway access. From the enclosed patio, you'll enjoy a view of the real Florida - the nature preserve that the Oceanwalk complex backs up against is directly behind your balcony patio.
