This open spacious concept end unit located on the third floor of building 15 offers 2 separate private balconies and has tile throughout the main living areas while the bedrooms have carpet.  When entering the unit, you will be greeted with an open living room area that is furnished with leather seating to allow 6 people to enjoy the 42-inch flat screen.  You can also walk out onto the balcony and soak up the salty Florida breezes.  The large dining table has seating for up to 6 to make sure you have plenty of space to enjoy dinner or entertain family and friends.  The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four.  The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with full-size appliances and had all your needs to make those family meals.  With views into the living space, you can still be included with everybody while prepping and cooking.  Down the hallway, you will find your utility room which holds the washer & dryer.  There are 2 guest rooms, one with 2 twin size beds and one with a queen size bed.  Both guest rooms come with closets and a 20-inch TV.  Nestled between both rooms is the guest bathroom that has a granite vanity and bathtub/shower combo.
