From this fifth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit balcony and master bedroom enjoy incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean at New Smyrna Beach. This unit overlooks two Olympic size pools (one heated during winter months), two kiddie pools, windscreen pool deck, and direct oceanfront beach deck with lounge chairs for a relaxing evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pass through window to the dining area with table and seating for six. You can also see a small view of the ocean from the kitchen window. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, private bath and an access door to the balcony. Slip away each evening and relax to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and has a glimpse of the ocean from the window.

For your convenience, there are two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Secure WiFi in condo and there's WiFi connection around the complex. On each floor of the complex is a coin-operated washer and dryer. There are two elevators in the building and assigned parking with guest parking. There's also a small car washing station on site. Just across the street from this complex, there's a small shopping center complete with restaurants and grocery store. Outside the complex in the evenings from May to October, you may be lucky enough to see the sea turtles as they nest, hatch and make their way by moonlight to the ocean. What an awesome experience! If you're an early riser, you will see some of the most breathtaking sunrises from the ocean deck. Dolphins are commonly seen during the morning and late afternoon.
