Seaward

Seaward is a classic New Smyrna Beach oceanfront complex located on the southern, non-driving portion of the beach. Built in 1972, the property has 48 individual units in a four story building. All of the units, both the two-bedroom/two-bathroom and the three-bedroom/two-bathroom, sport large balconies and ocean views. Seaward has a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool, both of which overlook the beach. The sunning deck is spotted with many chairs and lounge chairs and provide the perfect spot to relax by the water. Most Seaward units have washers and dryers located inside the unit. There are also laundry facilities on site.
