Atlantic Plaza

The Atlantic Plaza is a unique 22-unit, family-oriented vacation condominium offering daily and weekly rentals year round and monthly rates in the off-season and winter season. Located within walking distance of Flagler Avenue, the epicenter of the beachside, which has restaurants, bars, surf shops and quaint boutiques. The Atlantic Plaza has a 2 Palm rating in the Florida Green Loding program, through which the Florida Department of Environmental Protection designates and recognizes lodging facilities that make a commitment to conserve and protect Florida's natural resources.

The Atlantic Plaza also participates in Clean the World, a hotel recycling program that collects discarded soap bottles and bars, resantizes that discarded soap and cuts them into new bars that are packed in hygiene kits and distributed around the world.
