Day One

Head down bustling Flagler Avenue from the beach where specialty shops and boutiques are aplenty and you can enjoy coffee or a cocktail at Third Wave Cafe & Wine Bar. Italian is on the menu tonight with dinner at Atlantis Bistro, a charming independent restaurant at the corner of Pine Avenue and Flagler Avenue. Try their lasagna made with crepes.
Day Two
Early (love) birds catch the worm. Our sunrises are worth setting the alarm on vacation. You won't be sleepy-eyed for long as you watch the sun peek over the waves, splashing vibrant yellow rays across the sky. Any beachside spot will do.
Mosey on over to Third Wave Cafe on Flagler Avenue for a delicious brunch in the outdoor garden. Tuck into a strawberry cream crepe if you're craving something sweet or opt for the succulent shrimp and cheese grits, topped with a sunny side-up egg.
Time to walk off that mouthwatering meal. Head south on A1A until the road ends and you enter Canaveral National Seashore. Here you can park the car and head to the pristine shoreline. It looks as it did a thousand years ago - no development, just you and the ocean.
On your way back north along A1A, stop for a late lunch at JB's Fish Camp right on the Indian River Lagoon. Choose to dine inside, on the deck or on the dock. Fantastic fresh seafood and a great location to see manatee, dolphin and a spectacular sunset.
Light up your night with an LED SUP tour led by a guide with Pure Island Tours on the Indian River Lagoon. You control your lighting system (with 16 color options) from the click of a remote. Celebrate the sunset with dolphins, manatee and osprey.
Continuing north on A1A, stop in to The Baker's Table for a fresh, cooked-to-order dinner. Driven by a husband and wife chef team who traded their visitor status to become full-time residents, the eclectic menu features outstanding seafood, steak and German dishes with fine wines to accompany. Plan ahead and Chef / owner Jeanette, who doubles as a pastry chef, will make a personalized cake for this special occassion.
Day Three
Enjoy your final day beginning with a leisurely stroll through the Canal Street Historic District. You can experience the local arts community at The Hub on Canal where local artists work, exhibit and sell their creations, or visit Arts on Douglas, a downtown gallery affiliated with the Atlantic Center for the Arts, a multidisciplinary artist residence facility.
Just next door to Arts on Douglas is Riverpark Terrace, housed in the former home of local artist Teresa Bowen. Independently-owned with a farm-to-table focus, dine inside or in the beautiful tropical garden.
From there, stroll north along Riverside Drive and get a taste of history at Old Fort Park where you can sit and watch the boats pass at the nearby marina.
Dinner can be found on Canal Street at the quaint French Quarter Grille serving authentic creole and Cajun cuisine or Corkscrew Bar and Grille where American classic comfort food (with a southern twist) can be enjoyed in a fun, lively atmosphere.
